Collection: REFUND POLICY

We follow a No Refund policy!

However, we will replace defective items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any damage to items by mail carriers. 

To be eligible for a replacement you must send us an email and picture of your defective product no more than 5 days after receiving it. Once item is confirmed damaged, we will process & send out a replacement order.
